When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kavbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
You must notify kavbet immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. kavbet reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized use.
kavbet accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
kavbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. kavbet does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits are credited to your kavbet account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). kavbet does not accept or process cryptocurrency of any kind.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. kavbet applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. You must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID before your first withdrawal is approved.
kavbet processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security checks. kavbet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
kavbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kavbet bears no responsibility.
kavbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including but not limited to:
kavbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, kavbet's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. kavbet will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kavbet and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kavbet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any kavbet content without prior written authorization from kavbet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kavbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
kavbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kavbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kavbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
kavbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at kavbet.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
kavbet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and kavbet cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
kavbet may share your personal data with third parties where required by Philippine law, including disclosures to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other regulatory authorities. kavbet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. kavbet operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kavbet Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent kavbet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
